After several orders I believe were done with domino's. It's just not worth the money anymore. They're on par with cici's... mediocre buffet style pizza for the last six months. Friends and myself would gather and pitch in for 70 to 100+ dollars inpizza weekly from domino's but we're getting better pizza from little Ceasars. They only seem to get the Philly cheese steakpizza right 1/4 of the time. By right I mean where it tastes good, last one I got was dry and had a weird taste and texture.I've tried deep dish, hand tossed but it doesn't seem to make a difference. My friend got diarrhea from their meatlovers pizza,which is uncommon. Anymore ordering from domino's is a nauseating experience and not from being full on pizza. Managementreally needs to get on their game in terms of quality control, and how consistent the pizzas are. Read more
One of the worst experiences with customer service I have ever had. I had placed an order on the dominoes app, but I was told... that it was ordered out of their delivery zone, even though they are only 1.6 miles away. It?s husker football night, I havecompany over who are all hungry. When I asked if there was something that we could work out so that I wouldn?t have to waitanother 35 min to eat, I was hit with a blunt no. I asked if the dominoes in my delivery zone could pick the meal up and bringit here. Next words I hear from Dawn were ?We already refunded your order.? Wow. Thanks. Read more
Great option for a big family (usually when all the bonus kids are here we have 10-11 people to feed). Pricing... ?????????? Selection ???????? (some food allergy-options) Delivery ?????????? usual wait times 30-45 around dinner time, neverhad a late delivery (yet) Pickup ???????? was very easy as well, can choose delivery to your car. The app wouldn't change thatdecision after selecting in store. Ordering online is a breeze ?????????? The manager was extremely understanding, we had difficulties with my card but she was very accommodating. I would recommend... this pizza place to anyone and the customer service was the best I have ever had at a pizza restaurant. I have used this Domino?s store for years and everything was fine. However, I placed a large order consisting of enough items... for several days of meals for me. The total order plus tip was $55 and was taken out of my bank account. I waited for my orderand it never came. I tried calling but even when I requested the local store and indicated that I wanted to speak with a person,I was given recorded responses. I tried calling all night until the store was closed and all the next day. Twice I actuallyspoke to someone in the store and when I explained my problem, both times I was told they would get the manager. You guessedit?I was suddenly disconnected and had to start all over again. I was never able to reach anyone or get a refund. These peoplehave been delivering to my home for years and have my phone number. I used to be able to speak to someone in the local storewhenever I called. Needless to say I don?t intend to use them again; however, I had a coupon for 3 free pizzas, so tonight Iordered 2 of them and both were very skimpy on ingredients even when the order requested more of a topping (and I was chargedfor extra). I have 1more free pizza which I may or may not redeem. After that it will be no more Domino?s for me. Am appalled atthe way I was cheated and how I was treated. Whatever trouble this company is facing, they are definitely not handling it wellat all. I?ve had only one complaint with them in last 6 years and it was handled immediately when I called the store. Their food has really upgraded visually and tastefully they offer curbside carry out and delivery. I have even recently tried... the thin crust pizza which was delightful too (never been much into thin crust) Read more
