4 cars behind me got their order first, when in fact I was there first in the drive thru. They made us wrapped around the corner... of their drive thru. So the people behind me can't get out coz I didn't have my food yet. Why would you make my food last if Icame there before all of those people? It's my hope that my review will make it to your brand New 48th Street location just north of O Street. I went yesterday and... ordered the beef chimichanga plate, it was soggy and so difficult to eat as well as luke warm with some liquid sour cream andliquid guac on it. Ordered 2 beef enchiladas, horchata, chips and cheese (which common, queso was what I was expecting, meltedcheese on chips is what you get!) and a churro. $40! Lacked flavor etc but my main issue was the way we all got sick overnight!!! The attitude of the drive thru employee was deplorable and service was severely lacking between 6:30-7:30 when weswung though. Rough stuff. Will not likely try again. Amigos is a lot further but the one on 33rd and cornhuskers is friendly,never had an issue with our temps or tummies, and they will actually give you more than 2 sauces for 2 meals! The $4 chips and cheese was a box of stale chips with a small pile of slightly melted shredded cheese on top. And all the chips... are vertical so the cheese is only on the edges and not attached.... The smothered burrito had more slimy strips of green pepperthan beef. It's like eating a bag of warm worms.
