Meh it's alright and also if you are not in a rush as this is kinda a fast food type of establishment. Went in around 7pm and the place was absolutely trashed! Food, napkins, and trash on every single table and all over the floor.... At the utensil and drink station there were drinks and food everywhere. The bottom of every utensil cup had dried up food in it.The trash looks like it has been overflowing for quite some time. All of their lemonades were out. They also charged my niecewho is in elementary for an adult meal when she ordered the children's quesadilla. The girl at the end questioned her age likewe would lie. She's 10 and didn't even want meat on her quesadilla so it was just a tortilla and cheese with no sides and wewere charged. I've had a couple of inaccurate orders from here & MOST times I order the burritos are literally falling apart from being badly... wrapped and are too sloppy to eat with my hands, or they have bits of other ingredients that weren't ordered. Considering howexpensive ordering delivery is from here you would at the very least expect a burrito to be wrapped well enough that it's stillburrito shaped! I've worked BOH at an extremely busy fast food restaurant & I was never that careless, and I never write reviewsso this is obviously really annoying! Read more

I want to start by saying that this location has always been my favorite for food quality, but the last couple of times I've... been here have been frustrating. More than once I have arrived 5 minutes+ AFTER the promised pick up time (I often pick up fora friend who can't after going through line for myself) and it's not on the shelf but later times are there and they have tostart it after I ask about it. I don't know why they lose some but there has to be a better system to help them prevent. Also,tonight they didn't have guacamole and I didn't know this until I got to that part of the line and I wanted to leave. I comehere for the guacamole. They said they've been out all day so I wish there would have been a sign on the door so I didn't wastemy money. I also didn't want to dig my phone out of my purse for rewards so was going to use my receipt but it was thrown awaybefore being offered to me and there was quite a line so I didn't want to be a nuisance and ask for it to be reprinted. I'm surethey would've printed for me but still should not assume they can throw it away many people need receipts for different reasons.I also couldn't help but notice what a mess everything was, especially in the back. I understand things can get busy during arush but it was simply gross not just rush mess. Anyways I've really enjoyed this location in the past and the employees arenice but this was not the first frustratinf experience ive had here recently and not all are even included here. I found my new goto Chipotle order! It's been a while since I've gone to a Chipotle and really regret not coming here... sooner. Placed an order for pickup on the way to the airport and everything was ready when we got there! And fresh too! Iordered a salad bowl with steak, fajita veggies, black beans and light rice. Steak was cooker perfectly, and good amount of meaton there too. Serving of veggies was also quite large, and rice was just right. Very much appreciate how they had simple brownrice as an option instead of the flavored ones. The bowl came with a vinaigrette, but I didn't use it. Didn't even need tobecause the salad was amazing on its own! Read more
It seems like the food quality and portions have decreased quite a bit. It was one of our favorite places to get take out from,... but since the pandemic happened the staffing seems scant and it seems to be approaching "cafeteria" quality. I don't hear asmuch about their sustainable food practices as I used to. I went back recently and that trip reinforced our decision to stop.I'll keep an eye out and hopefully it'll improve. Read more
