I ordered pizza and a sandwich. They brought the wrong sandwich. Then I called and the lady said she would remake it and send it... out. They never showed up. Every time I call it rings and rings. Sad buisness! Won?t order ever again ???? Read more
I ordered delivery the other day. And i know caseys is always understaffed in the kitchen so i ordered a easy delivery. Just... some drinks and bread sticks. I also ordered an hour ahead so they would have plenty of time for it yet somehow they stillmanaged to be almost 30 minutes late and they brought me the wrong drinks. When i called to let them know the lady was a littlerude but said she would fix it and send him back out with the correct drinks only for him to never show up. Safe to say i wontever come here again. I never go to this location. So im unfamiliar with where their stuff is. I asked where their cigars were as a guy was standing... in front of them. He moved and i told her which ones i wanted. I took out the cash thinking it would be the same as the place iusually go. 99 cents. It wasnt i was like oops. So i Gave her a 5 and change. I started to walk away and she was like mam.. Dontu want your change? I said no.. Then remembered i gave her xtra lol. So i went back to get it. Well the guy that was standingtheir behind the counter that did not look like he worked there was like.. CALM DOWN LADY WE SEEN YOU WERE HIGH WHEN YOU WALKEDIN!!!! Wow.. AT ALL COSTS GO TO ANOTHER CASEY?S.... If they mess up your food they won?t be very caring to FIX there mess up or put customers... first and have integrity to do right when they mess up ....I called to tell them about the mess up of the pizza and they wereacting at first as if I was lying about how I rang in the order and saying rude comments like ?so she is saying this supposedlyhappened? .. clearly I rang it up right bc I paid for the extra toppings and have a receipt to show this ....finally afterlistening to them go back and forth about the mess up they say ok the best we can do is remake the pizza .... then I told themthank u and thought we were done talking so I hung up and got my son pizza and my little brother ... well in that time theytried to call me .. well so I called them back and they preceded to tell me that they wanted me to give the whole pizza back ..well no one told me this to begin with... I had the half of pizza that was messed up for them but that wasn?t good enough andthat it was to bad they couldn?t help me bc half the pizza was gone even tho I paid for a pizza that wasn?t made correctly anddidn?t know this rule or was told bc of the miscommunication. So I got stuck with there mess up with no new pizza nor credit ofany sort! ... I told them I would call corporate and they didn?t seem to care about that either .. it?s policy ...blah blah ...I guess when you order food from here and they mess up your order you are to wait to feed your child or your family and to letthem wait another 30 to 40 mins for a new pizza .. if I would of been instructed at the beginning I would of saved the wholepizza .. but at the same time would of irritated me that they wanted my family to wait to eat bc of there mess up .. #2 what arethey gonna do with the pizza that they take back? Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting. Disappointing. Not to mention, rude. Ordered a pizza at 5, called at 7 because it still... hadn't arrived. Lady on the phone was upright obnoxious and rude, clearly didn't know what she was even talking about. Lost thevery little respect I had for this location in the first place, I only ordered pizza because I had a coupon. Not worth thetrouble though, especially because I was reminded that the pizza is disgusting, extremely oily and waxy. Not a good experience,would give zero stars if possible. If you do door dash or any other delivery service avoid Casey's at all cost! Just sat at Casey's for over 45 mins waiting for 1... pizza! I made $7.50 that whole hour when I can normally make $20 to $25 an hour! I will never accept another Casey's order everagain! I wasn't even able to break even for that hour or the next. NEVER AGAIN!
