Going there for 17 years and no more. First you took out your handicapped parking but no one honored it anyway. Second the pizza... at noon was so dried out and under the heat lamp for I don't how long. Third, the new person at the counter--RUDE as heck. Noeye contact, will not even speak or say thank you. Worst caseys in lincoln! don't even attempt to get an iced coffee from this location, they are always out. Their staff does not... check anything to ensure anything's refilled, I've gone into this location once every single day for the last four weeks and notone time have they ever had iced coffee. I live near this location and it has gone way down hill. The workers are rude, the kitchen hardly ever has food stocked in the... warmers. Today they had a total of 2 biscuits and gravy and plain sausage pizza, at 635am. I only frequent this location becauseit's so close, if there was another one near by I'd never darken this doorway again. Read more
Used to be a fun place to work until new management took over. Now we are out of cigarettes that regular customers buy, we get... written up for things that make no sense. My hours were cut DRASTICALLY, and it feels like punishment rather than help is theway of leadership anymore. Love the customers (most of them) and like my coworkers.
