I bought a hamburger. This is what I had recieved. Took one bite and realized they had forgotten something. Have to think it was... done on purpose. I've been screwed one other time also at a different BK location when the employees were too lazy or "too busy"to bother telling me they were out of something that I ordered on the app. Not worth going to burger king ever again imo.McDonald's isn't great but they atleast aren't snakey and you get what you order from the mobile app. Read more

This evening I was in BK for dinner. The worker was laying over the counter between customers. I eat there frequently and prefer... to not go in when he is working. Very lazy, cocky attitude. Read more
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through at 1:00 pm. Ordered ice tea to drink was given an ice tea with NO ice. There's a liquor... store down the street that has ICE less than 100yds from the BK...ugh Read more
So, I'm not sure what's going on, but they're INCREDIBLY slow. It took about 25min to get through the line, with a total of 4... cars Infront of me. And this isn't really that unusual for this place, and they've also gotten my order wrong more than I'd findacceptable. The food seems to be cooked okay though, nothing wrong in that area, but there's definitely room for improvementforsure. Read more
I really tried not to put a negative review but after so many consecutive wrong orders, I just don?t get this place. I can?t... explain a hamburger any better. I politely asked and reminded please bbq sauce cups for my sons nuggets those never come. I getover that now, but again come home have cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers and the no cheese is for good reason. I tried taking the survey because I told Amanda I would but the codes aren?t working. Anyways Amanda who was working night shift... was absolutely amazing. She was automatically so sweet when I pulled into the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window shewas so kind. I was having a bad night so for her to be so kind really helped the night become a little better. Please promote orgive her a raise she definitely deserves it and she is an asset to this Burger King.
