I have been eating at Burger King's for 50 years and never have I been in one that was more disgusting dirty and gross than this... one in Lincoln the dining room is dirty food stuck to tables the floors the counter where you pay was dirty head food on itspilled drinks on it and the bathrooms were utterly gross they should have been closed the floors in the restrooms or greasy hadurine on the floors none of the tables were wipes down in the dining area..flys all over the place ..the health department needsto step in.. We go through a lot in our daily lives and sometimes it is hard to find the brighter side, the glass half-full instead of empty,... the purpose of struggle in general so, when we encounter nice people, a cute puppy, or a great joke we hold onto those memorieswith our dear lives. I encountered an employee that filled my heart with pure joy at this Burger King location. Here, is wherean employee who goes by QB, at least for the purposes of this review anyway, has at every moment been a smiling face and a happyvoice on the other side of that dreadful menu ordering box. Even when I asked several times for QB to repeate what was on asandwich, it was repeated back to me with the same cheerfulness and light-heartedness each time. I could feel QB's smile, andsee it in my mental image as if we had been childhood friends. This wasn't the first time that I've heard this voice. In factevery time I went to this Burger King in the evening I was greeted by QB and everytime I would smile just knowing that Iwouldn't have to wonder how my next few moments would go. So, even if you don't like Burger King or you don't like thedrive-thru wait at Burger King, it is worth your time, your money, and your soul's joy to visit QB at BK. Fries were fresh. Burger was good. The seating area could use more cleaning.
The drive-thru order taker asked us to repeat our requests multiple times. When we got to the window, he had his earbud in one... ear. I believe he was listening to it rather than to us. He didn't give us our drinks, just asked us to drive around. Therewas no marked parking stalls for vehicles waiting for takeout. We waited but the order didn't come. Finally we drove thru thedrive-thru again. He couldn't find our order at first. When he did, all of the ice had melted in the drinks. The fries werecold. The meat in the sandwiches was not even warm. Poor management, guy in front of me wanted a refund cause he waited 45 min for 1 meal. Manager could not figure out how to give... him one and told him there was something wrong with his card and she couldn't give him one. This manager was also reprimandingher employee for being late in front of all of the customers, very unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. We alsowaited in the drive thru 10min not moving then decided to go eat inside...thinking it would be faster....we ordered 2 happymeals and a whopper meal and didn't see our food for almost 40min. It was ridiculous and I'm not even sure they would gave madeit if I didn't go up and ask about it. Very slow employees, nice tho but not properly trained by management. Something needs tobe done there. Not the 1st time it's taking that long to get food there either. Read more

we were in Tuesday am for breakfast with a coupon....the clerk at the counter was a large boy with glasses and certainly did not... have people skills!! He was extremely rude and nasty.....when I told him we needed two of those he threw the coupon at me and said "make up your mind" and then "get out ".....I was dumb founded....have never been so rudely treated at a fast foodplace...its seems they are hiring from the bottom of the barrel....very sad.....84th and 0 just lost our business.....we wont beback....we spent over $200.00 there a month....and you add that up over a year and its a good loss for them...McDonalds here wecome!!
