Food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Our server was fantastic. I give it 2 stars because the hostess was so rude. Her negativity... was palpable and I noticed as we sat for a while that she treated everyone she sat with hostility. Don't ask to sit somewhereother than where she takes you or you're made to feel like an idiot and an inconvenience. She needs to be trained better or finda job where she has no human interaction. Glad to find a Buffalo Wild Wings here in Lincoln. I wanted to go here because I knew that they would have the Nebraska game on... to watch while we ate. Plus it was well lit. In San Antonio they were kinda dark, so I was pleased with them. Today is 9/10/22,and we plan on going again. Great service and excellent food like every other one. Read more
Listen, I love food! On this visit I spent $127 on wings. Requested celery and carrots for the 60 wings ordered and received 3... pieces each. The flats were very edible and went quickly. The drums were hard to eat, it was like biting in meat that requiresa still jaw to chew. Never again will I visit this place. Another bad restaurant bites the dust! Read more
This place is now turned into a serve yourself establishment. We were told to now scan a QR code and place our order?ok but... when you order maybe someone could come by and bring your drinks you ordered instead of having us grab them from the barourselves?.or at least refill a glass of tea or water??? this will be the last time we ?dine? there?they must want you toorder food online and pick it up yourself because their staff is too busy on their phones to bother waiting on you?.wateringhole from here on out thank Buffalo Wild Wings for making it an easy decision! Spending as much as we did I would have expected much better food. It wasn?t awful but wasn?t great either. Burgers were very... dry. No free refills on the strawberry lemonades either. Waitress could have said something prior to ordering. Read more
I love BWW but my experience here was not pleasant. They served my daughter stale fries and I found a hair in my wings. Also... there wasn't anyone in the front of the restaurant and we had to wait a couple of minutes before we were offered service. Alsothe place is dirty! The place needs better management. Read more
Great food, delicious and hot especially when you crave wings.
Great food and alcoholic beverages! Not much bad to say? the hostess kid that was working the front is wondering around more... then at the front ready to seat people. Witnessed a few people after I was seated waiting a few minutes to get noticed. Thebartender? she has her head on a swivel and the 2 hours a spent eating, drinking and watching trivia and sports on the tv Inoticed she never let her guard down taking care of tables, people at the bar and customers waiting at the entrance waiting tobe seated. She did an amazing job and deserves to be well tipped for all of the great work I seen her do on a Tuesday night.Awesome job and great service!! Read more
