I placed an order for lunch two hours prior and when I got there they didn't have my food ready. I only get 30 minutes for lunch... so I found that very inconvenient especially if I placed my ordered two hours ago and they weren't busy. My order should've beenready to go. I open my bag of food and see this. I paid $20 for lunch and this how they do me. I'm genuinely asking, would theemployees eat this? Would management eat this mangled meal? 20% of the meat was left in the taco, while 80% was in my bag on topof my ice cream and other food. I got to eat fries with taco meat, grease, lettuce, cheese, all over it for the price of $20!Thank you ruining my Thursday lunch. Read more

There on 4-1-2022. Ordered coffee. Just coffee. The young lady who took my order couldn?t stop laughing (at what, I have no... idea). Got my coffee and drove off. 5 minutes later, tried it and it was basically cold. Not hot, not warm, but room temperature(at best). One job is to pour a hot cup of coffee. Fail. Not a huge fan of Amigos anyway, but was in a pinch for coffee. Nexttime, I?ll just drive to Scooters, McDonald?s, or anywhere else. Read more
I came in today 10-29-21 at exactly 6:10pm and was automatically asked to put a mask on. I put it on. Then the cashier just... looked at me with a blank look on her face and said nothing. So I asked her is it regular that you don't greet and welcomecustomers. She said she don't know what I'm talking about. Then I asked to speak to the manager. She said there is no managerworking. Went there 7-25-2021 ordered food got food. Tater tots so burnt hard to chew. Ordered cheesy's for my girls not warmed up at all... just shredded cheese. Every time I go there no matter when I go something is always messed up and wrong. Worst amigos inLincoln. Read more
Decent food, but not a great atmosphere to sit down. I was there just before 6pm and the tables weren't wiped down. Also the... trash was full and someone left a cleaning towel in the soda fountain. Read more
Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Very good dining experience.
