I tried to use a coupon I received in the mail for buy 1 foot long get one free. I was told they would not honor it because... they are trying to do away with coupons. I would advise them to stop sending them out if they will not honor them. I will nevergo back to subway again. Read more

Tried to order a vault sandwich online and came up as $99.30 for a footlong Tallahassee! Tried this several times and same thing... so decided to call store and order but a very rude girl answered and said they don't have them and couldn't help me . The food was really good but could have been better if the toasted sandwiches. could've been toasted as the toaster was broken.... Usually they are excellent so the toaster being on the blink can be overlooked as long as it's not permanent (I don't think itwill be for too long). Could use a refresher course on friendliness though. On a scale of 1 to 10 an 8 overall!! Everything isback to normal now and I couldn't have been happier with my following visit and the staff seems to have stepped it up on thecustomer service and relations. A+ as far as I'm concerned! To be honest, I am a very tolerant person and rarely leave poor reviews, but this Subway is seriously disappointing. For one... thing, they aren?t always open, and will be randomly closed at odd hours or for days at a time. I am totally okay with that ifit?s a consequence of Covid or being shorthanded. However, what isn?t okay is the fact that when you order anywhere but IN thestore (for example app or door dash) there is always SOMETHING wrong with the order. Like to the point that it?s shocking andconfusing. It makes me question if the employees can read an order. Also, not to mention more than once while ordering viaDoorDash our dasher has had to message us and say something along the lines of ?sorry for the wait, there?s no one in here rightnow.? This just happened to my boyfriend and I again today. And I have nothing against young employees usually, but I suspectthat the issues with this Subway stem mainly from the immaturity of the employees. Every time I?ve been there with the exceptionof one time, there are teenagers behind the counter. I would say ages 20 and under are back there 90% of the time. They?realways kind and friendly and even funny, but clearly one or more of them that work here have a hard time getting a simple orderright. And they are never ever busy, so there?s really no excuse for them to get those orders wrong. The number of times we?vehad to request money back for completely botched door dash orders is staggering. I?m done coming here. It?s a waste. Get yourdoor dash orders right, or stop accepting them. It?s not that hard. Read more
