Not the best buffet there is but the food does taste good and the price for the lunch buffet is very decent! Not sure about how... expensive the menu items are as I've never ordered them. Greatful to have at least one buffet here in Lincoln. Read more
Food was absolutely delicious and staff was very polite and attentive
My 7 year old son and I went in about 8pm. Nobody was in the entire restaurant. Only customers there. Asked the lady if they had... a small order of lo mein noodles plain as that wasn't on the menu. She said yes it not to was about 5 bucks. Not Got that orderof gen tso dinner to split with my son. As I figured that would be more then enough. The food came promt and hot. But a verysmall bowl of rice was all that was offered with the LARGE dinner. That wasn't expected as the price of the dinner was about 15bucks. Very small of the noodles that was expected as that's all I asked for and expected for 5 bucks. The waitress howeverNEVER CAME BACK. Not to bring us our food, not to check on our food or our drinks. Never got asked about refills or Togocontainers. Had to stand up and literally go find someone to get a container. And when I got the bill I noticed she'd charged mea full price dinner amount for vegetable lo mein when that's not the amount of food I got nor what the waitress previously toldme the cost would be. Never the less I won't ever be going or taking anyone here again and I do not recommend it. You can tellthis place is on the verge of having to close the doors so their overcharging customers and giving as little attention to themas possible to make them want to come back. Worst 40 bucks I've ever spent. On one meal and 2 drinks and small bowl of plainnasty noodles. Read more
We ordered take out tonight and 1 of the meals had an open STAPLE in the food. My husband felt something strange on his tongue... and spat it out. When I called the Happy Wok, they never apologized and offered to send a duplicate meal. I will never eat atthe Happy Wok again. If I could have given zero stars I would have. They should be closed down. They could have killed myhusband had he swallowed the staple with his food. Read more
702 Keokuk St, Lincoln, IL 62656, We have been going here for years even when they had a different building, The couple are... friendly, and very concern about what their customer's feel or have to say, Our visit was timed just right, It was their firstday with the Buffet opening back up. I love their hot and sour soup, and their egg rolls, I went back for seconds because notsure when we will get back up their. I always have the General chicken and Bob has the Combination Lo Mein with the shrimp andbeef in it. Then we end with some of their cookies, I loved the ones with the new design on them. pretty good. Fantastic food with filling portions. I'm from about 45 minutes away, and had Happy Wok deliver while I was working in town.... I've had good Chinese food before, but this was a step up. Even the fried rice was a step ahead of everyone else. I willdefinitely be back and bringing friends. Read more
Just got back from eating lunch & will NOT be back. Yuk!!!???????????????????????? Nasty, Not even close to hot,... Service...Seriously, What service??????? My mother, niece & I went 20 minutes Before the buffet was due to be over & were told"No. No more will be put out." What was there was BEYOND dried, sticky ????, crusty & just Plain Old Sickly looking.To be honestwouldn't have let my dog eat it!
