Waiting 10 minutes after walking in at 1:20 in afternoon. No one seemed to be in the facility. I saw a person through the... swinging door. He saw me see him, ran his hands through his hair and came out. Asked me what I wanted as he grabbed gloves andput on. He did not wash his hands. We ordered the family meal that was supposed to make 8 six-inch Italian sandwiches. With the kit, we got 8 slices of salami and... 8 slices of cheese for 8 sandwiches which is far less than a sandwich normally has per sandwich. The quantity of other meats wasalso far less than you would get on an in-store sandwich. We've ordered these before and found that the quantity of ingredientsvaries extensively, sometimes way more than is needed for six sandwiches and other times way less than normal. This locationneeds to better standardize the amount of ingredients on these meals. Read more

We order on doordash for Togo's. This place always seems to disappoint me. EVERYTIME I order my sandwich not my families, but my... sandwich is 95% wrong. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap and asked for no lettuce and added chips. I did not receive thechips AGAIN, and of course it came with lettuce. There was so much ranch dressing it was like soup. My wrap was fallingapart. Togo's, please TRAIN your staff on how to read directions, and make an edible sandwich. Read more
