Ate here for wife's birthday, and had the most wonderful experience. The servers were excellent, and the Manager David was... beyond excellent. I watched as he introduced himself to multiple customers, helped refill drinks, and also helped with servingfood. I also could see him in the back, and overheard him on many occasions talking to his staff, encouraging them to continuetheir performance. And, when a staff member seemed to be having a rough time, he was quick to key in on it, and give them alittle pep talk. He also greeted all the customers as family, made it feel very welcoming! This has got to be one of the best red robins that I've ever been to. I came in here for lunch place was nice and clean The... service was great my food came out Is very fast everything was fresh and delicious. Lowering my rating. This place is consistently bad. Just went today after not going for months, wondering if things had... changed. They have, but not for the better. Not only was the service mediocre the food and quality was very disappointing. Chili's burger is a million times better than this place. Place was almost empty. Food came up before app to their window. When it was served to us immediately after the app, it was cold, fries were soggy. The egg on my royal robin was way overdone,no yolk runniness at all. The "bacon" resembled what you'd expect on a value menu fast food burger, way better at Chilis or any"burger" restaurant. Wrong bun was served. Manager got us fries that didn't stink. My family and I often go to Red Robin. With that being said I've had almost every item on the menu. Their food almost never... disappoints me except for their pizza. Service at red robbin is also a bit of a wild card. Sometimes you'll have an attentivewaitress but sometimes you'll have someone who only refills your drinks once. As for the atmosphere I've always found the wallsinteresting to look at. They have a variety of art that is sure to catch your eye. Also the music is pretty decent too. Read more

We got exactly what we expected from a Red Robin. The one thing they did right was get us water refills quickly. We ordered two... burgers and an appetizer along with the bottomless fries. After eating the small basket of fries, we stared at the bottom of thebottomless fries for about a half hour then the appetizer came out. Then the burgers came, both were made wrong and didn?t havethe garlic fries we ordered nor the the jalapeños on one burger, we were still charged for both extras. They eventually broughta small basket of garlic fries after we were done eating. We were given one napkin to split so I went up to the front to grabmore after waiting a while. After we finished we thought they would take off the extra charges since we didn?t get what weordered but instead we were charged double for our food and waited another 20 mins after for them to figure that out. Super clean. Well maintained. We got our food pretty fast which is great since we had 3 toddlers. They even got us stuff to... clean a spill as it happened. They were super great. Downside our actually server forgot about refills we asked for anddressings and extra sauces, but other staff went and get it when ask. Read more
