Food ok, prices charged dont match posted menu price and staff doesn't understand/care. Shame, I really like jack but really... can't stand being overcharged and brushed off like it doesn't matter. This location locked its doors and closed its drive thru via a dining chair with no explanation visible to customers so that... they could have a 30 minute break at 6 pm on a non-holiday weekday (Monday, 2/28/22). This is poor management of staffing,forecasting and leadership. If the attrition is so high that they can?t even cover the labor for a shift without closing thestore to ensure breaks are given then they should close it entirely and allow a business with better service to lease this primelocation. I came in today at 10:30am and I tried ordering chicken sandwiches but was told they weren?t doing lunch until 11am (jack in the... box serves lunch all day, I was a manager at one) so I ordered the #27 instead, when I got to the window I got my food andpulled forward to check it and they gave me a chicken sandwich instead and I heard laughing as I pulled away. When I tried to goinside to get it fixed the door was locked so I pulled into the drive thru again and the same lady was telling me I was wrongwhen I had the receipt with my #27 on it and my chicken sandwich lol it was the lady with the tattoo on her cheek.
