Overcooked, unseasoned patty, low quality bun that disintegrates after the first bite. Fries are either still frozen or... actually piping hot but they forget to add the salt! I've even had a hair in my burger at this location. They are seriouslyunderstaffed and you will wait 30-45 minutes for your food on a weekend. I'd rather see Fat Burger shut down and turned into aTaco Bell or Burger King express for the late night cravings. The Thunder Cafe does a much better burger at the same pricepoint. Read more

Fat burger has good food. My only complaint with the fat burger inside thunder valley is that the staff they have is way less... than capable of doing even a fair job. My order has been wrong over and over. Simple request, no tomato and no onion. Yetinevitably one or both are on my order. It?s nothing to take them off, but it?s not the point. Their regular fat burgers are so delicious. Savory, perfectly cooked and not dry. Their skinny burger on the other hand isn't so... great. You would expect the same except no bun but I think the type of bun they use helps with the burger. Other than that,their burgers are pretty good Read more
