Worst dominos experience. Ordered through app at 6pm. Was called at 7:30 after my pizza was supposed to already be delivered and... said they had no salad. Ajay (spelling?) was was very rude on the phone and even said "what do you expect me to do, I'm busy".Seriously!? Corporate Dominos needs to get involved. One star only because I can't give ZERO!!!! Worst service I have ever gotten at a pizza place. Sat and waited for my pizza... inside watching their fancy board tell you where in the process it was at and how long... when it got done (SUPPOSEDLY), theboard shows now... as in you'll get it now. I waited for my name to be called... and waited... and waited... went up to askwhere it was... guy went back to check on it... it's coming sir... so more waiting... and waiting... my name disappeared off theboard so I went up and asked again... different guy this time, let me check on it... he came back and said it's coming sir... Isaid I just want my money back!!!! I guess they took me wanting my pizza seriously now because he went back and asked again...apparently they found it NOW. NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS DOMINOES!!!!! Please please make sure to check your order before leaving the store. Ordered 1Large Pizza and 10 pc hot buffalo wings. Didn?t... check it til I got home and what do you know, they only put 8pc chicken wings. My mistake for trusting and not verifying. Read more

Second bad experience within two weeks. The first time I ordered it I ordered as carry out. I got an alert on my phone letting... me know my order was ready and once arriving to the store found out that my order was not ready. I proceeded to wait another 20minutes for them the cook the order they hadn't even put in the oven yet. Today I ordered around 4:00pm. The order thenproceeded to sit in "quality control" from 4:18 to 4:47 without going out for delivery. I called the store to see what wastaking so long and they informed me they only had one driver and that it was taking a while to deliver. I didn't have time towait another 20-30 minutes for a delivery and canceled my order. You guys need to step up your customer service. You shouldhave called me and informed me if it was going to take longer than expected. You also shouldn't have cooked the food so quick toleave sitting there for 30 minutes if it was going to not immediately go out for delivery. Do you want customers or not? Read more

Check online for deal prices before coming here. I ordered 3 mediums and assumed I would get the same price. Paid close to 2x as... much than if I just ordered online. My own fault I'll admit. The manager then tried to say they only had a deal for the largebut would do the price adjustment "this time". So I paid for 3 larges but got mediums. I wasn't in the mood to argue or wait fornew pizzas so just accepted it. Got home and the pizza was super soggy with grease and just fell apart. Probably typical forDomino's actually. Read more

Domino's marked off 50% for using their new online service, & the food was great!! I wanted to delay the preparation time &... double the pepperoni but I couldn't see options to do this I think because I did not load the application & would rather bewithout those perks, than store something on my cellular telephone I don't always want! The brownies we so tasty, I finishedthem kinda full, nuts would have made them perfect! Read more

Sun, Jun 23, 2019. Ordered very basic order at 1:17p.m watched pizza tracker say out for delivery at 1:33p.m. then I refreshed... page at 1:46 and it then said pizza was just being prepared. So I call at 2:00p.m phone rang for 3-5mims before someone justanswered and hung up. So I keep calling until someone finally answers immediately saying rudely "you need to hold" so I say "noI need to see where my order is at " so she yelled at me saying there was only 2 people there and I needed to wait. So my orderhas been put in 1 hour ago and is just being made. Worst dominoes ever. She also refused to give her name or if I would like arefund etc..family nor I will ever be ordering here again. Pizza is good and delivery was fast and I ordered online but three days later my bank contacted me about fraud. Someone tried to... place a $55 order and use my card a few days later. DO NOT STORE YOUR CARD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUTURE USE! My card was canceledand I deleted my info from my acct. I googled Domino's Data Breach and there are a ton. So disappointed that such a largecorporation consistently has these issues and isn't doing anything about them. Read more
