Ordered food online and scheduled a pickup time. Arrived at location at scheduled time and stood at front counter for 5 minutes... before being acknowledged. Then the employee ask for my order and I informed her of my online order and she had no awareness ofit at first and then finally found it I was then informed that they did not have enough crispy chicken to fill order and toldthem to fill it with original recipe. 15 minutes later I finally got someone?s attention again to find out what the delay wasand I was told that I had only entered my order 15 minutes prior. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. 22 minutes in drive thru, got home and found they left out half of order. Drove back and told... them what was missing. They said ok and after 12 minutes they gave me a sack but it only had HALF OF WHAT WAS MISSING THE FIRSTTIME. Read more
Placed order with at least 3 employees at work, simple cravings box, 3 other orders came in after mine and were filled shortly... after, 20 minutes later still nothing, staff constantly leaving cook area to answer cell phone it step out front in break, edit5 employees in back,30 minutes later after 4th order filled but not mine asked for refund they all looked shocked Read more
They served very old chicken hard and oily also like very baby chicken they fried It's was hard for baite , 9.19 $ was meal but... Drive thru opens at 10 didn't take my order until 10:10. Young black lady was outside smoking instead of helping out. Nothing... was prepared. Had to wait and extra 10 minutes bc fries were not done. Didn't leave KFC until 10:30 Read more
In desperate need of new management & employees. I understand the pay is not what it should be but while you?re at work it... would help greatly if an effort was made to do a good job. We went 30 mins before close and we?re told there was ?no chicken?with absolutely no explanation as to why not and without an offering to make some with an extended wait time. Having experiencewith fast food I know that was supposed to be offered if none was fresh/prepared. I understand it was late and everyone wasprobably ready to go home. But you?re at work and you?re supposed to go by policy and be kind. Ended up getting taco bell andit took a while to get our food. My burrito was crunchy on the outside like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Iwasn?t given my receipt after i paid so i had to ask for my receipt after i got my food. I hate that this is the kFC/Taco Bell closest to home? Always a bad experience! Never quick. Our food is consistently wrong. On... more than one occasion we have spent almost an hour in the drive through to then be greater by rude employees. Get it together! Read more
Went through driver through, service was quick, staff was friendly, good was horrible.. had a bad taste.
