Realize things are rough supply and emplyoee wise but its like on shift manager and emplyees could care less about doing... anything correctly. Mistakes get made thats a given. Ive gave them 2 chances and both times food was wrong or barely anything onsandwitch. Corporate needs to shut down and retrain evidently. Read more

This place is a joke! I ordered a Turkey & Swiss sandwich with no spicy mustard and they didn't put mayonnaise on my sandwich,... and they used cheddar cheese instead of swiss. I have this sandwich on a weekly basis and never had this problem at any otherArby's. I had a cardboard sandwich. I also ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich and they added barbecue sauce that I didn't askfor...it was for my little doggie but he enjoyed it with the sauce????...horrible experience and I will not return! It's not a bad Arby's. I get lunch about once a week from here and the service is always friendly and fast. Food always comes... out good. It's a little jarring that the speaker box greets you with an automated message, but otherwise, I don't have alegitimate complaint for this location. Thanks for bringing an Arby's to Lincoln! AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked a SIMPLE question about a item on their menu and a man got so snappy with me that I politely... backed out of their drive way and went on my merry way. It was to early in the morning to already have a bad attitude. Plus thewait was so long! I was wondering why a guy was backing out while I was trying to enter and I see that?s why. I just wish Iwould?ve went in and talked to HIM and the MANAGER.. and if he was the manager I would have made it my business to contactcooperate. Read more

They seem like they're out of everything, and that's fine. It does happen in the restaurant industry. It would be nice if they... knew what they were out of before taking orders and charging them. I paid for a ham, egg, and cheese, sourdough sandwich, andwas given a ham and cheese sandwich because they were out of egg. Nowhere between the register, the prep, nor the delivery of itwas I told there were no eggs and to expect a sandwich without egg. We're truckers. We're often on a time limit and having togo back to get this fixed is time wasted. Time is money. The lady at the counter was very kind and offered to make me anothersandwich of any type. I asked for a turkey sandwich. It could have been as simple as that, but unfortunately it did take someback and forth with who I assume might be the manager? Tabatha did ask to refund my breakfast sandwich and charge me the turkeysandwich. I know this makes mathematical sense and helps with the restaurant's bottom line, but at this point it is purelycustomer service. I wasn't getting a discount for my missing ingredients, so I'm not paying extra for your attempt to fix theinitial error. I got the sandwich, by then I had to go, so I didn't get to enjoy it there. Once at the truck I opened thesandwich and it's really a poor excuse of a sandwich. It looks great if it were a lettuce, tomato, sandwich. The turkey? I guessthey're almost out of that too.
