I was delighted to stumble upon this haven a great food and love while traveling through Colorado. The food is great. I had a... breakfast burrito that hit the spot and the glazed donut twist is to die for! The conversion of the old garage is just lovelyand so very welcoming! Great little bakery and sandwich place. Stopped here on the way from Colorado springs to the grandparents in western Kansas. Had... great reviews. At about 1pm we got two of the last donuts - oh my the glazed and chocolate were finger licking good! Turkeysandwiches were made with homemade bread and so yummy. Got an Arnold Palmer that was tasty, and a cookie and chips comes witheach sandwich! The prices are decent for the quality. The owner had his two young boys working there and they were excellent atservice - very professional! They cook it in a food truck but there's also a little restaurant next to the truck with seating,cute old timey decor, kids puzzles and books, and a bathroom. Def recommend this place! Stop here. Delicious! My fellow googlers are right! We picked up a quick lunch for our road trip...they had a nice selection of... sandwiches/panini style offerings which include a bag of your choice of chips and a cookie. Although it is a food truck, it isparked outside of their building that has tables and restrooms inside if you are looking to sit down. Read more
A great stop on our road trip. We tried the Italian panini and were pleasantly surprised with the fresh vegetables and vibrant... flavor. We also ordered a Monte Christo and loved the French toast option for bread. We took advantage of their indoor eatingspace filled with art, books, puzzles and a few toys. We had a great experience at the Hipstir Food Truck yesterday. I had the ham sandwich and my daughter tried out the Breakfast... burrito. Clean, nice and tasty! We were also given a sugar cookie with each of our orders... and it was probably one of thebest sugar cookies we?ve ever had. I highly recommend stopping by the Hipster! Read more
