Well, 3.5 stars. What makes this Arby?s a 3.5 star? This could have easily been a 4 star review or a 2. They had great service... the day I was there, The staff was friendly in the service was quick, the dining room was clean and well-maintained. Althoughthe bathroom was clean it could?ve used some updating. There was outdoor seating. The service and sharing a parking lot withTesla chargers made this a 3.5 star rating. Without the chargers and without the great service this would?ve been a two starrating, however, with some updating it continued great service along with the Tesla chargers this would?ve been a 4 star rating. We eat at this Arby?s at least 1 to 2 times a week as we are local and enjoy Arby?s more than any other restaurant here. Despite... the fact that the wait time is insane every time and most of the staff is very unfriendly. For the most part we get good foodand the select few very friendly staff make it worth it however I do not think I will ever return again due to the way that Iwas just spoke to! We went through the drive-through and waited a very long time I was always so by the time that we got ourfood we were excited and headed home only to discover that they did not put the three orders of curly fries in the bag I simplycalled up there to let them know that they were not in the bag and wanted to tell them that I would be coming down there to seeif they could have them ready so that I did not have to again wait but the woman cut me off as I was telling her some of ourorder was missing she very rudely said ?well you can easily just come back and get your stuff but you better have a receipt ifyou?re still in town I guess? I have worked in customer service for 13 years and never once would I tell someone something likethis! You could easily come back? well you could have easily made sure my order was in the bag! She did not apologize that theorder was missing nothing she just hung up the phone. I do understand mistakes happen That?s why I was not rude or upset aboutthe missing food but for a manager to be so rude? Over their own mistake? No thanks! Read more

Went In here and asked for 2 double beef n cheddar sandwiches and 1 double beef sandwich without cheddar. Had to repeat it 3... times because she kept offering me another double beef n cheddar. Got home and discovered a single beef no cheddar. Had towalk all the way back and was argued with about the order and told they don't make mistakes and that the flat sandwich they gaveme is correct. Finally got the sandwich replaced with much attitude from these young employees. Walked all the way back homeonly to discover that the 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches had absolutely no cheddar. Called again only to be told the order wascorrect and to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusted. Read more
Just got back home from the drive through. We ordered large Mozzarella Stucks as a side for the meal (its on the receipt, with... the upcharge) Instead, we got old chewy fries. We also got the 8 piece jalapeño bites but there were only 7. It took a while toget our food so I just figured they needed to cook everything fresh. Turns out, they just decided to take their time grabbingold, cold food and put it in the bags. EVERYTHING was cold. Spent 37 dollars for cold food and missing items. I live outside oftown, so there is no way I'm driving all the way back to fix it. Just felt like leaving a review to let future customers know tocheck their orders before leaving. This is NOT the only time I've had a bad time at this Arby's location. Night shift needs sometraining. Read more
