Waited literally 25-30 minutes at the restaurant waiting for my curbside pickup. Called at 15 minutes and they told me they were... putting it together just then after I watched the entire drive thru get their food. A friend I was with placed his order fiveminutes before me and waited even longer, but man, that drive thru was quick. This is our preferred McDonald's in town. The staff at least seems like they are enjoying their jobs and our order accuracy... here has been 100% each time we come. They also have table service and the staff has always been friendly. Read more

7/3/22 around 2:15 pm I ordered 2 caramel ice coffees in the drive thru did not get a receipt.They said pull up and we will... bring it out to you. Consistent errors with orders, long lines, less than friendly employees and even worse managers. Didn't know plain cheeseburgers... were supposed to be packed with onions and hair. Can't wait to call corporate tomorrow. Read more
If I could give it a zero I would this is the most incompetent place I have ever been. After waiting 20 mins in drive through... for a cheeseburger and Apple pie I go in to be told I have 12 mins to wait on the pie so I wanted my money back which took measking 4 more people for my refund requested to speak with the manager which never came to speak me horrible customer service.
