Reviews for Little Caesars Pizza in Lima, OH
This happens way too often.... Hubby likes kewpee, I do not, so when he gets Kewpee, I get little Caesars. More often than not... it is wrong. This time the pizza is the wrong pizza and I'm missing sauce for my bread. The answer when I call is that theywill write my name for a free pizza. I want dinner now....not later. The last time I ordered 2 pizzas and received 1 viadelivery and when I called the 1800 number as advised, I never got a call back. I also emailed....no reply. I never got mymoney back, never got my missing pizza.....but they definitely got my money ...... I apparently need to learn my lesson and stopeating here. Read more
Pizzas and cheesy bread are normally on point. Wait time, if any, is short. However, when I went to pick up my pizza the last... time, I special ordered it, so my wait time would normally be 10 minutes. I drove back through in the 10 minutes, and the windowperson went to go get my pizza. She came back empty-handed, and told me the guys left the pizza sitting out, and forgot to putit in the oven. Back to the wait area I went. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later, they brought the pizza back out to me. Wasnot happy at all, because it was hot out, and I had just gone shopping and had cold food in the car. What should have been onlya 5-minute wait, turned into about a 45 minute wait, with no apology. Normally I like this place. I tried the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni. If it had any sauce on it at all, it wasn't noticeable.... I'll probably give this place another chance, but very disappointed. Read more
If i could give 0 stars I would? worst experience I?ve ever had with a drive thru. I ordered an extra most bestest and crazy... bread. Pizza was a standard pepperoni that had been sitting for probably 6 hours, has fingerprints in the pizza, and the crazybread was straight dough. I live 15 minutes away so I called and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone was extremely rudeand disrespectful, told me I have to bring the pizza back in and there better not be more than one slice gone? i said it?s noteven edible, there?s no slices missing - but I am not driving another 30 minutes to come bring it back. She said to call backwhen her AGM gets out of the bathroom in 10 minutes ?but I?ll get the same answer?. So I called back- tried to at least. I?vebeen calling for 20 minutes and they picked up one time and hung up on me the minute i asked for the manager. Terribleexperience. Read more

Should be zero stars waited an hr for our order 45 minutes longer than was told. Very poor customer service, an time management... by employees. Everyone seemed to be standing around but yet it took an hr to get my order wrong! Thin crust pizza severelyundercooked, pepperoni stuffed crust had no pepperoni in the crust. I'm pretty sure they just gave us a pizza from two otherorders to get us outta the way. Worst place in Lima to have any kind of food! Read more
Their online ordering was not working, much to their surprise, so we had to wait through the drive through line twice. The... staff was super friendly and our pizza was great, but the ease of ordering could use some serious work! A good solution wouldreally help customers and employees alike!! Read more
I didn't pre-order my pizza. My wait during 5-6pm dinner time was 20 minutes. Not bad!
