Only 3 people working. Waited in line on the street for 20 minutes. People were backed up on Market Street. They were going out... and taking smoke breaks while we waited. Got to the window. All 3 employees standing there talking. Took 5 minutes to take mypayment. Ended up with someone else’s order because people were leaving. Didn’t want to wait any longer. Loved here all mylife and have never experienced anything like it at this place. Ownership better take notice. Food was dry! Read more

This is what Wendy's is supposed to taste like. Great burgers and the chocolate shake was like a frosty x10. Wonderful prices,... the guy taking orders couldn't hear what I was saying so came out to the drivethru, took my order by hand and gave me a quickhistory lesson. Will be sure to come back when passing thru Lima from now on. Read more
I'm from out of town and when the front desk at the hotel said it was a must try, I just had to. Great little retro burger shop!... All the people complaining about how it's not clean and perfect like a modern restaurant are just being picky. Great nostalgiaand a great burger to boot! Read more
Good food, but kind of dirty. Had a fly in the pie once. I really hope that was a one off. Everyone talks about how good the... burgers are but I'm not too big on them. The frozen yogurt is really good though. Read more
Found this building oddly enough through studying old architecture! My visit was amazing, complete with a perfect burger and the... best fast food fries I've ever had. Expect to wait a bit. Everyone is short-staffed right now, and historic diners is nodifferent. An eight minute wait seemed very fair for the end result with such delicious food. Was looking SO forward to my first Kewpee experience but disappointment set in fast when we arrived at the downtown location... only to find out that the dining room was closed. We did order through the drive thru and while the burger, fries and pie wasexcellent, it would have been so much better to be sitting inside that historic place. I’ll go out on a limb to say that theburger is the best fast food burger I’ve ever eaten in all my travels. Read more
