I accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Both stores have a 2400 address. Tried calling to get order cancelled but would not... pick up phone. after trying for close to an hour I gave up. I had already paid and since nobody answered the phone I can't getmy money back! I will call there corporate office to get this straightened out. (Update). After emailing corporate office stillhave not been contacted. No number is listed to call and still no answer at store. There's no wonder nothing is done about badservice at this company if you don't respond to complaints then it's like nothing happened. Seems like an shady way to run abusiness. Read more
Five stars! The dude working at 2pm on 11/12 did an amazing job on our pizza, literally perfect! Like ours well done an it was... perfectly cooked, an his customer service was top notch as well. I accidentally messed up my online order and immediately called the store to fix it. But no one answered the phone, it kept... ringing and ringing. Finally someone picked it up and hung it up on me. I called back again no answer. When I got there to pickup my food I asked for a cars for the manager, the kid said he was the manager and he was busy helping other customers. Therewere 3 employees there when I arrived. I asked him his name and he refused to give it, said that if I had a problem to callcustomer support and asked me to leave.
