Took 2 and a half hours to be seated and eat. Checked in online and arrived, went to the hostess counter to let them know we... arrived. After an hour, we checked our status only to find we'd been removed from the list. They tried to say we didn't check inwhen we arrived, which both the hostess who CHECKED US IN and I let them know wasn't true, since I checked in on arrival.Finally seated, all sodas were flat. Asked to speak to a manager who didn't come. Food was fine. Asked for a manager again andone finally came over. I explained the situation to them, again, and they tried to say again "oh. Its the system. If you don'tcheck in, it removes you." I AGAIN explained that, no, I checked in the moment I got there, 7 minutes after I checked in online.She then tried to blame the number of servers and that she can't help it when people call off. This had nothing to do with thenumber of servers. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be seated because someone or something just...disregarded us from thelist AFTER checking us in. Start to finish, walking in and walking out took 2.5 hours. I didn't appreciate 2 different peopletrying to blame me for not checking in, in person, when the hostess TOLD both people "no, I checked them in". This wasn't theservers fault. I would have much rather have taken a "i don't know what happened, sorry about all this" than being told "oh,thats our system, if you don't check in after 20 minutes, it kicks you". Again, beyond the flat sodas and missing items frommeals, the food was fine. However, we won't be back after this experience. Read more
Horrible service. We understand most places are under staffed however we ordered items that would get us quicker service because... we were traveling with livestock. There was a male server who got all his tables in and out while we waited. We asked our serverkindly she said only half our food was done, we asked for that and yet she never brought it. On top of it the restaurant was socold it was uncomfortable just sitting there. Regret not going to Texas Roadhouse!! Now traveling and no dinner and 2 hours oftravel time wasted. Read more
A stop at Cracker Barrel when we are on the road is a must! Unfortunately they had a delay to bring our food but our gracious... server made up for it. When the food came it was delicious as always. After we browsed the store and we purchased just fewsnacks for the road. It's always a pleasure stop at one of the Cracker Barrel. Read more
The peach tea was so good. Best I have ever had, so glad I ordered it. My meal was spot on delicious. Glazed chicken breast... with bacon. So good and our waitress was so sweet. Ari....if I am spelling her name correctly. Anxious to go back. Read more
We arrived at 2:00 pm , got seated and ordered food right away. It took over an hour to get our food, we had to ask for biscuits... and corn bread. We asked for honey and butter, our waitress did not bring it. My order was missing butter and gravey on the sidefor my potatoes that were cold, when I told her she asked if I wanted my potatoes warmed up, but no apologies. Also 7 tablesthat came in after us, left before us. I understand busyness but it was not that crazy. Either our waitress was new, which shedid not express or apologize when we asked questions on our order. And when we left and paid our bill all we got was a shortapology and was told they understand. We were on our way home from Georgia heading to Michigan and that inconvenienced usgreatly. Read more
Server was friendly and did a great job. My Grandsons got the pancakes with cheese cake filling. They loved them. The sausages... were over cooked and hard. Everything else was delicious. Always enjoy eating here. Read more
I had no idea what to expect when I went in here, I didn't even know exactly what it was. Out of sheer curiosity I went in with... my family and was surprised to see it was not only a restaurant serving some great food it was also a store featuring manyunique items. The prices were reasonable the stop was well organized. I walked out with about $20 worth of pop that I've nevereven heard of before.. for you Americans that sodas ???? Read more
We enjoy Cracker Barrel and are thankful that we have one locally. The facilities are always clean and orderly. We especially... enjoy when the fireplace is lit in the winter. It's so cozy and inviting. The food is good too. My absolute favorite are thepancakes. Golden brown with crispy fried edges. ???? The maple syrup is special too. Comes in a glass bottle and is actual realmaple syrup. But we also like the blackberry jelly on the pancakes too. The lunch/dinner options are good too. My wife and Ilike the chicken sandwich, and the kids enjoy the chicken and dumplings. Unfortunately, our location, like many otherbusinesses, has struggled to be fully staffed. So sadly, the wait times have increased, which has had a negative effect on therestaurant. We've noticed that patron attendance has decreased. Either way, we like this location and still highly recommend itto you. Just get there. Read more
