Stopped in to get a ice cream cake walked into the store an was told lobby is closed for Baskin-Robbins but if you wanted... donuts the lobby was open common sense is if your going to have the lobby closed you should post it on the . Took almost 20 minutes just to get 2 shakes. The employees acted like they had no clue on what they were doing. But had no... problems clowning around and having a good time while I continued to wait. And to top it off they made my shake wrong!! Firsttime there and was very disappointed won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Read more
Disappointed the last several times we have been here. No waffle cones or bowls. Scoops smaller this time even though the price... was the same. Not sure if we will come back. Also at a visit we were overcharged by $4. Of course we didn't realize this untilthe next time we came and it was less and asked about it. Read more
