The worst customer service from start to finish! I ordered a French dip and Swiss and was missing the au jus sauce that goes... with it. I ordered a Prime Rib Cheesesteak. It did not look like the sandwich on the TV commercials or the menu item on the website. ... You could not see any of the inside items showing or sticking/ hanging out like in the advertisements. The bread was tighttogether at the slice. I was disappointed it was not a more full sandwich. I was in this Arby's tonight and was so impressed with the girl that was making the sandwiches I gave her a large tip. I was in... the McDonald's next door last night and waited 20 minutes on 1 McChicken and there was 3 people working the line and they wasnot that busy. Here this girl was doing it by herself .
