Just went through the drive-thru. My change was supposed to be 8.86 and was only given 3.86 back. The young blue and black... haired girl thought she got away with it. I said nothing because I didnt want my food spat in. I will not stop here again. Read more
The slowest service ever. Only 1 person ahead of me in the drive thru and Nobody ordering food inside. I counted at least 6... employees. Waiting 10 minutes for cold food. I expect this service from McDonald's not Arby's. Read more

Was highly disappointed. I stopped by at 9pm on the dot. Checked several times as I walked to the location from a nearby hotel.... And all lobby doors were locked even though there were still guests inside and all signage stated the lobby was open until 11pm.I walked to a different restaurant and got food. Read more
Rather shocked on how great my experience was. All my food was fresh, including the waffle fries. My jamocha shake was so full... it was oozing out the top. Also, the guy who gave me my food noticed I had other fast food trash and offered to take it to makeroom for theirs. Nice work! Read more
Placed our order for a classic roast beef meal medium sized with iced tea. Employee repeated hi-c so had to correct that. We... also ordered 2 roast beef sliders. The order was not fully repeated back and there was no screen to verify order. They tookpayment and then it took a very long time for order which should have been my clue the order would be wrong. Glanced in bagthought it would correct but once back on I75 I get my sandwich out and unwrap it to find a chicken bacon swiss sandwich insteadof roast beef. I then find the receipt in the bag and find that they charged me for that sandwich. Very disappointing. If ithadn't taken so long to get my order I would've turned around and went back. Very frustrating when you think you are going tohave roast beef and you get chicken. Read more
