Extremely slow service at Tim Horton?s in Lillooet. Yesterday, I went inside to order. There were few people hanging around the... counter but no sign of a cashier. It seemed they were giving priority to drive-through customers. The one time a staff walkedby a cashier, she did not acknowledge us waiting there to order or anything. I ended up leaving, frustrated. Today, I tried thedrive-through, and although there were only two cars in front, it still took 5 minutes to get my order. All I can say ishopefully the reason is being short staffed. Otherwise, with this level of service, I doubt if Tim Hortons will be thriving inLillooet. Read more
Staff are complete idiots and rude. Everytime I've gone there my order is WRONG. I recommend boycotting this tim hortons... Location until they get good staff who know what customer service is. Go to the A+W instead. Read more
Bar none one of the worst Tim Hortons in British Columbia. My standards aren't too high, either. If the young man makes your... coffee it's probably going to have five times the amount of sugar you ask for. First Tim Hortons I've been to that was out ofsteeped tea, dark roast and regular coffee at 6:30pm. Whats the point of even staying open? Do the owners even know/care? Ihope this place goes under. Made a mobile order. Was not ready when I got there people after me in the store, got their order before i did. What the use of... ordering online if who came in to the store 10 mins after me get their order before I do. All I ordered was a coffee and soup.My coffee order was not even ready. They only made my coffee, after I asked about it. And that was after they gave me my soup. It was 20 minutes between my online order and when I got my order. Still online orders are slow in coming, I was told by anothercustomer if you do mobile order you must make it known to the staff. For some reason they don't notice mobile orders on theyorder board?? Located a bit off the main highway, staff were pleasant, soup was super hot and the smoothies were yummy and creamy! We stopped... here on the way to Whistler and on our way back. Very nice new building and clean washrooms. Amazing view in the mountains.Happy 1 year anniversary! Thank you! Read more
Miserable staff, they clearly hate their job. I wouldn't have cared if they put a little more effort into my food but their... misery was transfered to my order, bare minimum done to get me out the door. Read more
