Hands down the worst Wendy?s in the state. No cars in the drive thru and you?ll still wait ten minutes before anyone takes your... order. Often times the employees are too busy smoking outside or talking on their phones. Read more
Ordered a mobile order for pickup at the drive-thru window as I always do. Pulled up to the drive-thru and they refused to give... me the order, stating I must come inside and get it from the "shelf". Pure and utter laziness from the staff. It always took fartoo long to get food here, even when no one was waiting. Will never go back to this location again. Read more
In Lillington NC.Awful. Slow. Incompetent. Confused. Delivered from there twice. Waited forever, watched customer after customer... complain. Watched poor cashier given ugly looks by another employee when they almost ran into each other a few times and it wasthe other employee that wasn't watching where she was going. Good food, expensive. It seems this place and one other can only process one vehicle at a time for the drive thru, my experiences are after 5pm for... both places, and happened the two trips at each place. I chalk it up as shortage of help, Not rushing back to either places notime soon. Read more
