11:30 AM, the condiment cover was so covered with condensation and stickers that the condiments could hardly be... distinguished. Every dining table was dirty. Had to clean my own before eating. The rest of them remained dirty throughout mymeal. The soda machine was leaking water (from the ice I guess). Someone locked the rear entrance door and several customers hadto walk around the store to get in the door. The mens restroom has two light fixtures. One didn?t work at all and the other onehad one of four tubes working. I know time, labor and food expenses are high and good workers are in high demand, but this wasthe poorest representation of a Subway I have ever witnessed. I eat at three or more Subway restaurants in a ten mileradius. This was my saddest experience ever. Read more

Let me first start off by saying the employee accidentally dropped the thing that the sub sets on to get toasted and turned... around and put my sub on it to toast I stated that was unsanitary. He then said WHY?! I said that was cross contamination and hewas shocked. Stand alone store built in an older restaurant. Food was good. Service was quick. Would visit again.

We had a terrible experience here tonight. One young female employee was doing everything by herself while one young man did... nothing to help her. There was a line of customers waiting upon entering, I understood that it was busier than usual and waspatient. I noticed when it was almost our turn, the young man standing in the back loudly talking about how he's going to quitand joking/laughing about a customer order on the phone that he had gotten wrong. With sandwiches backed up, the other employeeasked him if he was going to come up and help her do work or not, and he then and slowly makes his way up to the line stillloudly talking and joking about how he doesn't want to work, and joking about how she is doing everything alone and he wouldleave her that way. When it was my turn, I directly asked him which of the three sandwiches he was was making, and told him thetoppings according to a friend's order I had gotten. Distracted, and talking AT the other employee while she worked, he slowlymade the sandwich. When he got to the next one, I asked him which one it was, and he tells me it is the one that I thought wehad just made. I knew that I had clarified with him which sandwich was which, and he had ignored me, so I immeadiately told himthey needed to remake that sub, it had totally different toppings. Another customer had come behind me in line and I wanted tolet her go ahead so I had to wait even longer for my sandwich to be remade from scratch. The trip took nearly 45 minutes alltogether. What a waste of food, waste of time, and disrespectful employee. I would go out of my way to avoid this location toavoid them. The young woman working this evening, however, did an excellent job. I got the veggie sub and my boyfriend got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. I loved mine it was soo good!!
