So normally I'm a 5 Guys kind of a guy, but both my kids are in the military and super fit and healthy, and like these kinds of... places. So when I'm visiting, them, they usually take me to places like Good & Healthy. Usually I have no clue what to orderwhen I visit places like this, because there's no cheese burgers on the menu. Anyway, i ordered the Mocha Frappe because I gotthat somewhere else and it was pretty good. This one was even better. I don't know what they put in this (and frankly, I'm notsure that I do), but it was quite tasty. I even went back the next day and got another (large one this time!) So if you likehealthy smoothies and stuff like that, you will probably love this place. This place is a RIP OFF. Absolutely disgusting. I asked for a hot apple peach chai tea after talking to attendant at the bar.... It was served with an aloe shot. I drank the shot - taste like mango flavored water. Not the consistancy of aloe at all. I wastold it was watered down intentionally. I was very disappointed but I thought maybe it would get better. No such luck. Thehot apple peach chai tea tasted like a poor quality weak instant apple cider that hadn't been mixed well. Very powdery with nohint of peach or chai flavor anywhere. I love brewed chai tea. That drink was horrible. I tried to finish my expensive mistakebut finally gave up when I gagged on the flavor about half way through. I poured it out. The gritty remains in bottom of thecup say it all. It even left a film in my mouth and on my teeth. I do not recommend this place! I?ve been going here for the past two days, and going again this morning! The tea has replaced my craving for coffee or energy... drinks.. it gives me the best energy! They?re selection for shakes is amazing, and they keep me full until lunch. The atmosphereis awesome, the owners are so nice and everyone in there just sits around and talks. It feels like a family. The atmosphere is great, the owners are so nice. Great place to get a nutritional shake that, keeps you full, gives you energy... and if you keep it up you may drop a few pounds. This was my first visit and I'm hooked. I love the bar everyone sits aroundand just talks about whatever. I had the raspberry tea, the aloe shot and chocolate latte shake and it was awesome.
