Me and my buddies went for lunch, the big table in the center was so messed that one of my friend had to clean and wiped with... alcohol even then they do not come to say single words. This experience was not good at all. But we ordered two large pizza ????(halal chiken and vegetable) and enjoyed. This is a humble request to the shop to keep the table clean. Read more

Very bad quality, and every time makes mistake on the order, this happened after someone else took the store. Very bad!!!!!

First visit to a pizza pizza ???? franchise and initial order of two simple pepperoni and cheese pizzas became a messy ordeal... after asking to change one of them to a pizza gourmet. Employee didn?t know how to cancel an order on the cash register; nomanager present to train her and she calls out another order asking cash payment for the $0.50 difference. Eventually thegourmet pizza arrives, but not the original order of pepperoni. Waiting 30 minutes for manager to understand what employeewasn?t able to get right on the first attempt. I've never posted a review before and have had my share of irritating food experiences, but it's been over a week since we... ordered from here and I'm still wobbling... We ordered two large pizzas with extra pepperoni and cheese/ mushrooms and extracheese (received two large pizzas with traces to no-toppings instead), two creamy garlic dipping sauces. That is all feasible inmy mind and I was happy to put it down to a bad selection on my behalf, but I had 3 hungry people at the table on a Wednesdayevening, more because of the error in toppings on pizza than I ordered. I did a mistake by not looking at the pizza during pickup. Then I went back the restaurant. The 'Indian' I spoke didn't need my order number... he knew exactly who I was and was verydismissive and defensive from the outset. No apology for the 'mistake' in pizza toppings and told me I should complain to Mainoffice - certainly no offer of a refund. This was not a main office issue in the slightest and I wasn't going to call mainoffice for poor restaurant service. He ended up telling me how busy he was (no customer observed inside) and cut me off. Withhungry mouths to feed, I placed another order from a different restaurant, for half the price, with much better value andtasting pizzas - and had leftovers. I will never order from here again.
