I went to subways tonight to go pick up an online order. As soon as I arrived to pick up my meal, the young teen at the counter... was very rude. She asked me for a piece of ID and I was just confirming if it was under my name because my friend had placed theorder on her card. She instantly started to interrogate me with questions, as if I was there to steal a sandwich. This isn?t thefirst time this lady has done this to me and it was absolutely ridiculous. I do want to add that the family owners of thisSubways is absolutely amazing, it just seems to be this young lady. Please find someone who can represent your store better. Read more
We were looking for subway at night and this was just the one open.. Very Friendly and good service.
Update: the bottle had the regular mayo sticker on it (I use to work there) and the lady said it was regular mayo... And if... that's how you're going to put the meat on the sandwich it's lazy, looks bad and doesn't even cover the entire sandwich how doesthat even make sense... Girl left all our meet bunched up so half the sandwiches were empty, put regular mayo on my sandwichewhen I said lite mayo. I asked her if it was regular mayo she was putting on she's like well ya we don't have the other one...Regular mayo makes me sick lol so thank you for the horrible experience. Very very very bad customer service every time I wanna use a gift card and every one different than the other! Does not work I... told the lady I want to use my cards it?s enough now! She started screaming that she?s not the responsible I told her only yoursystem doesn?t work all others do work! I hope subway can do something!!!!!! Read more

For the first time in my 30 years living in Quebec I've had the freshest Subway sandwich ever. The ingredients were so fresh and... colorful. The bread was fresh and fluffy, the meat was juicy and not stale. The service was AMAZING!!! Diana and Jinal were soprofessional and very quick to serve our 2 meals with no mistakes.
