Every Wendy's I have been to since the covid crisis has been substandard, the people have forgotten what quality and service is.... Even during the promotion the fries were just warm and soggy. The worst ever 1st of all they give no Receipts then when after the Young lady that was at the window she white im not races ... but she has glasses and i'm at window I asked for extra sauce and that I will pay for the extra so she turned around and slammedthe window then the second I got my food I'm checking it asking what's what being they all wrapped as a hamburger I see is only1 half strip of bacon for a Jr bacon cheese burger I asked how many come on there being I know is at least 2 maybe 3 half stripsshe going to say 1.79 I said I'm not paying for extra bacon when I paid almost 3 dollars for this sandwich plus 6 more and issupposed to have what I know the 2 or 3 bacon half strips then everybody in the back laughing like is funny the whole nightshift on 8/6/22 is so wrong but yet I spent 40 on 1 order and 21 on my other order thats not right and something need too bedone about it if you don't care about your job why apply Read more

OMG!! This is the first Wendy's that I have been to that asked how my day was at the drive thru window. He was just talking my... order. When I got to the window I was greeted by the most friendly Lady. When my order was given to me is was thanked for mybusiness. This is unheard of today. The food was spot on!!! Most Wendy's employees never say anything and ack like they don'teven want to be there. I was shocked. Thank you Wendy's in Lilburn!!!!
