The food at Versace Dominican is a really great deal for the price! Considering the amazing service and the variety of food... offered, this restaurant is the perfect place to get a taste of real Dominican food. Walking in, I received a warm welcome.Right away I could smell stewed chicken, beef and much more. If you would like to try a little bit of everything, VersaceDominican food is the perfect place for that. Read more

I deliver to this restaurant! It always smells delicious! So today I wanted to experience the awesome aroma of food that I smell... when I delivered. The food was indeed delicious, melt in your mouth! I give it 2 stars due to the nasty customer service Ireceived from the server and cashier! I?m new to this Dominican cuisine and wanted to know more about their menu! The server wasrude as if me asking about their dishes was an issue. Then I get to the cashier and she snatches my signed receipt that alsoincluded a tip! Just rude! I provide good service to them when I deliver their products and I was expecting the same! Maybe mytype of people aren?t welcome there! I won?t be going back! Read more

I just had an early dinner here. The atmosphere is cool. We were greeted and immediately sat at a booth. There is a cafeteria... server for take out at the front. The food was flavorful and the portion sizes were plentiful. The service was decent eventhough the waitress spoke very little English. Unfortunately, I could not order a cocktail because the bar was closed for?cleaning? therefore I had to settle for a bottled Modelo. Then my daughter ordered a virgin Pina Colada, no fruit came withit?it was rather plain like a smoothie and to my surprise when the bill arrived I was charged $9.99! The average price for anon-alcoholic pina colada is $4.95. I went to the register to ask if there was an error and the girl said that was the pricewithout alcohol?ridiculous! Then I see I was charged an alcohol tax for the Modelo and a convenience fee to use my credit cardon a $70.16 bill! Unless you want to be over charged I would not recommend this Dominican restaurant?this was my first and lasttime!! Read more

This place was really good. We had the empanadas, Mofongo, and Mar y tierra churasco. The service was excellent. If I'm ever... back in the neighborhood wi visit again. I see people on here say it pricey... and yes it's a little expansive for the area, butI'm from. NYC so they seem fair to me, since this is what I usually spend on food in NY. Read more
