I went to this spot because I was passing it on my way home that day. They were 2 young lady's working that evening. The lady's... did not greet me or anything instead one of the lady's just looked at me as she was making a sandwich. I figure she was busy soI just waited as she just stared at me. Finally she asked if we were ready. I said yes and started saying my order. Instead oflistening she started talking to the other lady about a guy who was about to walk in. She then asked my friend what he wanted,meanwhile not starting on my order. After my friend said what he wanted she started to get his bread and then ask me what Iwanted again. I repeated my order and she got my bread. She then smashed our bread as she was cutting it almost flat. As she wasmaking our sandwiches she once again started talking to the other young lady about somebody else who was about to walk in. Ittook roughly about 20 mins just to make our sandwiches mostly because they were talking to each other about other people, thatthey couldn't get the orders right. Does not take coupons and the customer service is trash. I ordered delivery a few days ago for convenience, and I didn?t get my... chips. When I called, I was told I can come get them whenever. I asked if they could deliver them, she said she had a customerand hung up on me. This one is a 5 min drive but I?d rather drive 15 min & go inside Walmart for a sub. Read more
Avoid at all costs! This is easily the worst Subway I have ever been to; problems every time I go. We ordered 5 subs, and one... was prepared wrong. I drove back to get them to make a new one the way we ordered it. The lady argued with me and said I neededto bring back all the subs so she could check them because she said she made all of the sandwiches correctly and didn?t believeme. I refused because they already wasted enough of my time. She put the meat and bread back in stock from the sandwich Ibrought back. She put the meat back in the bin and the bread back in the oven! On 8-25-2022. I had a similar but worst experience as the last reviewer posted. The lady who served me had really dark circles... around her eyes like a raccoon. She had a foreign accent and probably from Middle East. I too went there and inquired about thebuy1 get 1 free coupon. Obviously, many people had inquired about the coupon becuz she got very rude and highly upset with mefor inquiring. She referred me to the same sign As the last reviewer posted ?No buy 1 get 1 free?. So I apologize for notreading it correctly. I then asked for condiments and she still had a horrible attitude but worst. So I asked if she was havinga good day. Why did I ask that? She then flew off the handle and got extremely mad about me asking if she was having a goodday. She starting screaming and pointing her finger at me I asked her to stop screaming at me and then I asked to speak tomanager and she refused to get the manager and refused to give me the manager?s name. She grab my receipt and tossed my foodto me and said to me, get ur food and don?t come back to my store again. I told her to not touch my food and she throw my foodon the counter. I was mortified with her behavior and I clearly saw there were some Underlining issues with this lady.
