POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm not sure if it was too early in the morning for this crew. When I walked in I was not greeted the... way I'm use to hearing from other Smoothie King's, "Hello, welcome to Smoothie King" or a least a friendly hello. After waitingseveral seconds with silence from both staff members, I greeted them instead with a friendly hello. Both of them said hello inreturn. When my smoothies were ready my name was called, I grabbed them from the counter, I said thank you and have a nice day! No response in return. I didn't receive a thank you, thank you for choosing smoothie king, have a great day, NOTHING. Poorcustomer service in my opinion. Read more

The people over there are absolutely terrible and have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. They don't know how to... use an app's coupon correctly and make you wait 1 hour for getting it processed and then still make you pay for it. If y'allworkers are seeing this, you guys are ruining the name of Smoothie King. Every one I've been to has been amazing but y'all. Ithink you workers need some extra training or something. This location was extremely fast. There were four vehicles ahead of me, and I still received my smoothie in less than twenty... minutes. The employee at the drive thru window was very nice and courteous! I'll definitely return soon. Read more
Note: NO Apple/Samsung PAY ^ This does not affect my rating The way to get to the drive-thru is very bizarre. Instead of taking... that turn into the plaza, go straight a tad more and turn at the sign into the neighborhood and take an instant right. You arenow in the drive-thru. ???? Didn't interact with staff much, smoothie took about 5 - 10 minutes to prepare per person but noother complaints. Order came out as expected. Read more
Don't go here if you are in a hurry. They have started closing the counter and making you wait in the LONG drive thru. Going on... 10 minutes now on an order I used to be able to go in a grab. Will not be coming back. This seems to be Smooth Kings standardoperating procedure. So annoying, wish I could cancel my order and get my money back. Read more
I want to start by saying I love Smoothie King and the smoothies have been a plus in helping me slim down but this has got to be... by far the worst location that I've ever been to. I ordered my usual. The smoothie that was given to me taste like it'slacking an ingredient or two and is extremely icy. The young lady taking my order was not friendly at all. I just don'tunderstand how people apply for customer service positions and have the worst attitudes. The inconsistency and lack of goodservice makes me not want to ever come back to this location. Let me just say I love smoothie king! The personnel at night specially has the worst customer service. But overall waiting times... are awful and they never have everything on the menú. Read more
