The cashier in the drive thru is extremely rude. This is on a consistent basis. Never allows you to complete the order. This is... the same lady that has got into situations before. The staff is terrible. They hire low budget people that give low budgetservice! Read more

Went to this Popeyes on 7/15 around 8:30pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru the person taking my order was very rude and kept... cutting me mid sentence. ?Small or large? and I asked my bf if he wanted to share with me and all of a sudden I hear is?HELLO?!? Mind you that I took a split second to ask my bf if he wanted to share and just hearing the drive they person yellingon the other side was just very rude. I?m pretty sure the person who took our order is the same person who is also receivingother negative reviews from other people. EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER NAMED SARAH, apparently she is the daughter of the owner. Nepotism at its finest! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... EVER! They do not even deserve 1 star, but you can not post with zero stars. Sarah set a policy that you can not order inperson, only on line or drive thru orders could be made. I was refused service twice. When I went in to talk to her, Sarahproceeded to send texts on the phone and go on about her business, stalling coming to listen to my concern. When she did finallycome, she spoke in a very rude tone, twisting her neck, and even used the F word. The young girl at window was very rude and did not want to do her work, very unpleasant. I asked for small snack BOX, as I... ordered a special family meal almost $30 had to get a full refund, because the mgr Logus which was even more disappointingstated they could not give me 1 tiny snack box, so I had to get a whole REFUND, due to they're negligence and HE left all thecustomers in the line acting retarded to process my refund.
