I didn't want to write this review but it bothered me to simply let it ride. After driving up and seeing the 11 piece Family... Meal, with 2 sides for $25.99, I thought it seemed a bit over priced but so are a lot of things these days. It was advertisedon the drive through menus and the glass opening where the food is delivered. When I placed my order I was literally told theydidn't have that but I could buy a 10 piece, for $26.49. (One less piece but more money?) out of principal I decided not to. Then I was told I could get just 10 pieces of chicken for $15.99, then buy the sides separately. Thinking it was an okay dealcompared to the theft that nearly occurred with the other deal, I took it. Then I felt as though I may have been over reacting. So I decided to see if the deal was still available by checking other sources. Low and behold I looked online and also calledanother Popeyes store. Suspicions confirmed. They are just ripping people off. After looking inside my bag for a receipt, ofcourse it wasn't there and after reading other reviews it turns out they are not giving out receipts with the paid orders. Other reviews confirmed it and said there is a small sign that says you need to verbally request one. I am paraphrasing theexact wording. Like stated in the beginning, I dreaded writing this review but if there is one thing I can't stand it is theft. I wonder if corporate is aware of this. Read more
Ordered food , got up to window and seen spicy chicken on receipt . Told them I did not want that then she said why didn't you... say that ? Well nobody asked t.f. asked for refund and DID NOT GET THE WHOLE AMOUNT BACK. LIKE W.T.H. ? THIS PLACE HAS GONEDOWNHILL IN THE LAST 2 YRS. I ordered the 8 piece leg and thigh only with 1 large red beans and rice. The pieces were extremely small and they had a lot of... skin. I was given a 8 piece mix instead of what I ordered. I would not recommend this location. Read more
This by far is one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I have attempted to patronize this place several times and it?s... always a long line that moves at a snails pace. Then the few times they actually open the lobby the employees refuse toacknowledge you for the first 5 minutes in the store. If I can give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely trash whenit comes to operations, throw the whole store away!!! Read more
I wanted to up this locations reviews because I think they?re truly trying to do better. Went right when they opened and the... manager was very nice. We had ordered on the app but our food wasn?t ready yet. Once we got the food, everything was correct andvery tasty. I really hate that Popeyes is known for horrible customer service but I wanted to note that I appreciated thisspecific location. Sat in the ridiculously long drive-thru line only to get home to find they forgot my sauce, which really isn't relevant at this... point as my tenders aren't even edible. All of them are 99% breading with a paper thin piece of chicken in the center.Unacceptable for how long it takes to get through the drive-thru. Don't waste your time or money here. Read more
A very pleasant and kind voice came through the intercom and it really surprised my friend and I. We pulled up to the window and... it was the manager at the window. On date 4/23/2022@ 7pm) forgot her name but, I want the acknowledgment to go to her. Veryimpressive! That?s what excellent Customer Service is all about. Read more
This location was great. Friendly, nice and professional staff and the food was hot, fresh and good. There's only one problem... they ran out of the Cajun fries but it was still good, they had other side dish favorites. Read more
