Went today to purchase a large order of fries. I did not understand when the employee (the only employee working today - her... words, not mine) wanted to pull my car forward (twice). When I finally figured out that she wanted me to move forward, since Iwas the only customer for the next 30 minutes, I declined to move. Why start up a car? How long does it take to make one orderof fries? She informed me that she had a timer. One customer and still no fries. She did take my money and gave me a receipt. Then she decided not to give me the fries I paid for. So I decided to wait until she did. So much for the timer. She decidedto refund my money in a cup and place it in my open car window. I decided I wanted the fries. I knocked her gift out of my caronto the pavement. She called the Lilburn Police Department on me. They came and boxed me in the drive thru. I am still theonly customer during this entire time. She informed the police I threw the refund at her despite all of the refund outside andnot inside her Safe Space. The officer did not enjoy being caught repeating her lie to me when I proved otherwise. The policedecided to issue me a criminal trespass warning and informed me that she had the right to do this nonsense to any customer whothreatens her timer. Thus, when this Hardees employee asks you to move your car, she is really demanding you move your car. Shewill not honor the sale of a product until she gets her way. The two Lilburn Police Officers wanted me to listen to her tellme I could never return. Why would I want to? I was the only customer at this Hardees for 30 minutes. The mushroom swiss burger is my absolute favorite. However, the chicken tenders are constantly overcooked. Their Tea is really... good though. Everywhere is short staffed right now so go easy on them for the wait times. Read more
My opinion is, the service is great, the place very nice and the food really surprised me, feels more natural than any other... restaurant of fast food. Of course I'm coming back and 100% recommended. Read more
I had the loaded omelette biscuit and order of hash browns and everything was piping hot. Food tasted good and the girl at the... drive-thru window was friendly. Had to be parked, I'm guessing the hash browns took a minute to make but overall I would sayeverything was very good Read more
My only dislike is that they are trying to hide how long it takes in drive thru. They automatically tell you to pull forward or... park and they'll bring it out even though no one else is in line. They want you out the camera view in the drive thru so theycan say it's under 2 minutes. I hope owners, DMs, and Managers isn't falling for this. Read more
Food cooked when I ordered (chicken tenders and onion rings) so it was nice and fresh. Even though the AC was out the general... manager Mr. Dixon was apologetic and still gave great service! It really is too hot outside (96 degrees) for anyone to beworking with no ac. Kudos to them! Read more
One star is one too many for this Hardee?s store? I was the only one in the drive thru and ordered only a cheeseburger ($3) ..... luckily I opened it and looked at it ? the first burger they handed me had a beef patty not much bigger than a quarter so I gotback in drive thru and this is my replacement ? burnt and so flat it is not even edible ? after two attempts .. I was unwillingto try again? never go to this Hardee?s ? it?s the worst service and food ever .. I guess this explains why the place never hasany cars ?drive further to something else? which I ended up down the road at the Burger King since I had to trash this grossfood .. Read more
