Something was left off the order I placed on line. I called the store and they apologized. It took me around 30 minutes to get... back to pick it up. BOTH employees that were working when I originally picked up my order, were finished with their shift, buthad waited until I returned to apologize. They met me at the door and were genuinely apologetic. I walked back to my car and sawthem go to their cars to leave. I ordered to party trays for a work event today. Instead of making party trays, they were made into whole sandwiches. I asked... for the included in price condiments for the 20 sandwiches, and received 4 mayo packets, and 6 hot sauce packets, and 7 napkins.This is for 40 people to use! Usually takes 5-10 minutes. I nearly waited 30 minutes for my sandwich to be made and they still messed up my order. Never come... to this location if you?re on a time crunch. The old crew was much friendlier and faster. Read more
When I arrived I noticed there was about 10 customers sitting at tables with no food?I should?ve took that as a sign and left. I... found out they had been waiting for over 20+ minutes and I figured they should be done soon so I placed an order. I was therefor over 30 minutes and only a couple people had got their food in that time? everyone was upset about the poor customer serviceand extremely long wait. It?s even more disappointing to see other employees not doing anything at all when they?re that backedup on orders. They didn?t even have online orders ready that were placed within the hour. Not sure what?s going on backthere. When I got home, I discovered they put spicy bbq sauce on the club sandwich, I asked for honey mustard, there was alsocheese on there, I asked for no cheese. Took almost 3 minutes before the cashier acknowledged us. I understand when you are working on something but acknowledge a... person by saying "will be with you in a moment". Don't just look at them. Then asked for extra pickles because that's what mydaughter wanted, the other girl acted like she didn't want to give us. She said she put pickles in the subs already. I said nomy daughter wanted extra pickles. This is the 3rd time had issues at this store so I won't be spending my money there. Read more
The food was great. I bought two fully involved medium Hook & Ladders minus tomatoes and two bags of chips. The employees were... not enthusiastic. I could barely hear the cashier through her mask and she made no effort to slow down or raise her voice. Isaid, "I apologize, I'm having trouble hearing lately." She gave absolutely no response in return. As I was waiting for thesandwiches to be prepared, I walked around and took a few photos for my review. I do this everywhere I go, making sure I don'tget any strangers in the shots. Nobody has ever said anything to me about it until now. A small woman, possibly Indian, with hermask pulled down, walked up to me from behind the counter and asked why I was taking pictures. I told her I like to includephotos with my reviews. She mumbled something I didn't quite catch and walked away. I don't believe I'll return to thislocation. Like I said, the food was delicious. But, the service was a big disappointment. Read more
