Overall the experience was nice. Quick drive through service, yet they initially charged me $0.99 for a large cup of water then... took it off when I mentioned that when paying. The other part that wasn't very nice is that I got my 4 pieces of donuts in abag; a box would have kept them separate and not touch each other as much. The drive through lady was polite and nice. Excited to finally have a Dunkin this close to home, but I'll go back to driving to the one at Sugarloaf and 124. Three times... and done. This time, I tried going inside for quicker service. Saturday at 2pm. Only customer inside the store with maybe 3 carsin drive-thru. Ordered a bacon/egg bagel, 2 donuts, and 2 iced coffees. Waited while 4 customers came in after me for counterservice and watched the Zombie making hot sandwiches prepare at least 5 orders for the drive through and bypass my order.Finally we were the last people waiting in the store and drive through was still getting their food first. We stood 15+ minutesfor a breakfast sandwich mid afternoon. WTH does this place do for the actual breakfast rush? The three employees all appearedto have lobotomies when you try speaking to them. Oh, and one of my donuts was obviously not made fresh today. My husband calledit "yesterday's donut". Don't even bother with this location, do yourself a favor. Read more
I am a heavy Coffee drinker. I have been Dunkin Donuts customer since 80s. I was happy to see a Dunkin Donuts shop opened near... my sub devision. I went there several times and each time I went there their coffee was cold, very old and their bagel wasstale(Yesterday). Yesterday, I tried to give feedback to the manager, Md Simon and told him the issues I was seeing at hisstore. The manager was very rude and dismissed my complaints. I know this is a new store. But I was surprised that the managerdidn?t even listen to my feedbacks. He just dismissed my complaint. This place needs a new management. I am not going backthere. Read more
I come to this Dunkin often but today fell short. I ordered a half dozen donuts and a breakfast sandwich. ALWAYS check your food... before pulling away and make sure you have your receipt. I got home only to find that I did not get my correct order and nothingto refer to. So disappointed because I was the only person in the drive thru so I don?t know how you get the order wrong? I appreciate all the businesses that care for customers. But cannot stand people who cheat the customers even if it?s for small... amount. Today I went in the store and ordered hot midnight dark coffee. The gentleman was making the coffee while I stand thereand watch him make it. Firstly he pored original blend which is not the midnight dark, after he pored decaf in it and I stoppedhim and asked out of curiosity, what is he doing with my order why is he mixing two blends and none of those I ordered.Amazingly, the response that I got was ?I ran out of original blend so I filled rest of the cup with decaf?. I couldn?t believeit and said how can you do this, you should not even take order for something you don?t have in supply and serve something likethis to customers to fill the order. It doesn?t end there, when I got the coffee it was not even mild hot, and he said that?sthe last bit left in the coffee pots so it?s not hot. Other lady said to him just steam it to make it hot from other machinethat is not even used for these type of coffees. That shows no one cares for your order at this store. I was like wow, if theycan do this to a customer who is seeing it inside the store what all experiments they must be doing for orders they get fromdrive through customers, it?s totally inappropriate way to run the business. It?s like cheating the customers. This is last timefor me at this Dunkin?s. No surprise on majority of the reviews got them 1 star. I was happy to see a Dunkin near me but this one falls short. Breakfast sandwiches ok but donuts usually stale (yesterdays?)... today I ordered two sandwiches (ok) two chocolate frosted donuts that were stale and to top it off they put one of the donutsupside down in the bag chocolate as smeared on the bottom of the bag. i?ve ordered dd a couple times from different locations and this has never happened except from this location, but i ordered a... dozen assorted, 6 strawberry icing sprinkled and 6 vanilla icing sprinkled. 2 came with sprinkles and there was maybe 2sprinkles on the donut. was 5 strawberry and 7 vanilla. they were not very fresh. did not meet close to my expectations and i?mvery displeased, one even had a hair on it. never again from this place. Coffee was very poorly made and had very little flavor. Tasted weak like very little coffee beans must have been used. I had... to throw out coffee when I got home and then used a K cup which tasted much better. Donuts were ok. Read more
