I?ve been to this place a couple of times I moved to GA from NJ and when I?m missing Dominican products for something this is... the only place that google recommends for me. Every single time I go in there the employees have to mention how ?I don?t lookDominican? ?don?t sound Dominican? ?don?t look as if I speak Spanish? I go in there to buy something and get out not once have Iever asked for their opinion on how I look and specifically to be talked about as if im not standing right there clearlyspeaking Spanish to them! So rude. And secondly I don?t understand how nothing has the prices on them? I go in there and spend adifferent amount of money every time no idea how, and no point on asking the employees for princes because one lady just told me?idk they?ll tell you at the register? so ridiculous. If anyone has another recommendation for a Dominican spot to get somegroceries at please let me know. Read more

We can find a lot of Dominican Republic products in here, including hair products, seasonings and, they also have a little... kitchen and dinner in the back of the store where you can taste delicious home made cooking. Read more

I?ve been in the area since I was a kid. This store changed the moment it switched owners. It convenient because it has... Authentic Dominican products. But the owner is pretty annoying. She wants to force sales onto you that you don?t want to buy.One day I was on my Way home to cook and stopped by to grab ?1? empanada. She kept pushing and pushing I went from ?1? to ?3? to?6? and ended up giving me the ones I didn?t want. I respect the hustle but there?s a limit. She makes rude comments and triestesting people?s intelligence. Has 0 respect for other people?s cultures. I?ve had a few uncomfortable situations with her so Iavoid stopping by as much as I possibly can. The other problem is pricing.and these reviews confirmed my doubts. She sent methe receipt one time and it said custom item on a bunch of transactions. Go with thick skin and ready to negotiate. Homegirlthinks she?s in NY lol! Response: Anyone reading these reviews, read the responses! Confirms how rude owners are. And to theowner, must suck to not have control over the truth! Read more

This is the second time I have been here. My wife is Dominican so I brought her here to get some things from her country. food... in the cafe is good and she found a few things to cook with. But both times I have paid it has been very confusing. The receiptthey give you isn't itemized it is just a final price and it is much higher than I figured. I think they should give a betterreceipt because it seems off. Read more

Place was recommended by my neighbor for hard to find Dominican products. They had a great selectionof Dominican products, but... expensive. Also prices are not clearly marked on the products, so you don't know how expensive or cheap items are until they addyou all up at the register then also the receipt isn't itemized so you have no clue how much you paid for what. Maybe becauseproducts are coming from far is why they charge so much. Read more
