I made a mobile order and went into the drive-through. I talked to the person who takes the orders, who told me that everything... was fine and I could get my food. When getting the food, the order is wrong, and the girl tells me if she can see my phone tocheck what was missing. She tells me that it's a curbside (I could've sworn I selected drive-through), and that I should parkand select the parking spot so they can bring me the food. They had me waiting around 35 mins in the parking lot (I selected theparking spot #2). I went inside and told one of the girls at the register to either help me getting the food of my order, orcancel it, so I can make a new one. She tells me that she's gonna talk to her manager about it. The manager was walking aroundthe store and she never approached him. It was getting late and I had a meeting, so I just made a new order with another girlbecause I was hungry. While waiting for my new order, the first girl who talked to me at the register sees me and tells me: "CanI help you with something?" in a condescending tone. I was never rude to anyone and that reaction bothered me. Couldn't get mymoney back from the mobile order :/ I guess going full Karen mode is justified sometimes. Maybe not. Oh well... The staff are friendly, helpful and patient. Your order is prepared pretty quickly and taste great. Depending on the time you go... there can be a long line at the drive thru. Read more
The location on 78 Snellville is my favorite! For 1 thing they didn't have the air conditioning so cold you couldn't stand it. I... also like that they have outdoor seating! The manager at this location is super nice and even came outside to check on us. Read more

They messed up a simple order. All I wanted was a peach shake, but they gave me an Oreo cookie shake. I'm sure they were tired... and hot. I thought Chick-fil-A is known for friendly service. I did not get friendly service. Don't think I'll be going backanytime soon. I hope everyone has better luck thank you. Read more
The service is second to none and the food tastes good and fresh. On my last visit - Friday 6:45 PM - the inside wasn't as... clean as my previous visit and the table and seat wasn't as clean either. An employee asked how everything were and if weneeded a drink refill. Read more
As good as fast food gets! Fast and courteous service and great tasting food.
The food was good. With my food I ordered unsweet tea with unsweet lemonade. I asked for three Splenda with that, but I didn't... get any. I went to curbside pickup so I didn't realize it until after the person that brought my order out was gone. They shouldallow you to check your order before they leave. Read more
