I ordered a seafood deluxe family meal. I did not receive any hush puppies, shrimp, or crab. Just the fish.

Stay away from this place they have gone down hill !!!! I got dinner from them last night I woke up so sick from that meal. It... felt like food poisoning! Never again!!! Not sure if it was the whole meal or what but never again. I had ordered chickentenders, fish meal with okra and baked potato. I missed a whole day of work that's how bad I was!!! Read more

Tried eating here twice after the first bad experience..I thought things may have improved. I was very wrong. The drive thru... person who was a tall black male was extremely rude. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant I have ever eaten at!!! The Lilburn, GA location has never been able to fill an order for... me correctly. It?s always just one single meal for myself. Last week, they asked me to pull up to the front (after ordering fromdrive thru and waited over 30 minutes while I watched at least a dozen cars behind receive their meals from the window. Iordered a fish & shrimp meal. I had to park, walk inside, re-order & wait another 15 min. Decided to try again tonight. Wasgiven a dirty look from the girl working the window & another guy came to the window & handed me a bag with something completely different than I ordered, no napkins, fork or requested condiments. These employees need to be replaced or retrainedextensively. I feel like I have been blatantly robbed and disrespected every time I have been here. Read more

Drive thru took way too long. The car in front of us was asked to pull up but they pulled up just short of giving us enough room... to reach the window. So we still had to sit and wait for them to get their food before we got ours. We considered leaving but wewere blocked in between the cars at captain ds and Popeyes. I asked for fries but somehow they keyed in and gave me breadsticks. I didn?t even know they had those so I know I didn?t ask for it. I also asked for no ice, they gave me a cup full ofcrushed ice lemonade. Service was so slow and mediocre, I didn?t even want to go back around to correct it. Read more

Good service. Food is always good. Inside of the restaurant could use some work but I'll keep coming back
