This place always disappoints me. Food is alwayssss COLD!!.. Employees are out by the trash can doing who knows what and have us... waiting for service. I live so close to this BurgerKing but yet I always have to drive to a further one just because of how badthe service is. Employees are dumb at this location. Asked them 5 times to make sure the cheeseburgers are plain. And they still put everything... on it. While in the drive thru waiting for someone to acknowledge me all of a sudden I here " what do you want to order" I should have... left then but I was hungry. After ordering now at the window to pay, when I asked for ketchup I was ignored got my food, (noketchup) I leave. Thursday, December 12th at about after 8pm.. tonight. WOW. Such great customer service.. These people are really slow and chill... and I love how they only wanted cash not card... there was this woman who worked there who had a great personality and keptrepeating wow outside because,really. every time I tried to correct the order when they got it completely wrong she would saywow outside the building. Kinda weird. I mean good fast customer service from a fast food restaurant is no longer expected. ButI know what to expect from burger King now. I have seen better . Every other burger king and fast food restaurant is just asgreat and most definitely better. I had to go to another BK not on 29 and Killian/Indian trail but near 85 and Indian trail. Read more
Check EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU. No straws, asked for no tomatoes. Got extra tomatoes. No sauce for kids meal... nuggets even though they did ask twice. No receipt until asked for. Upcharged without consent. Buns stale. No apology. ???? Read more
