Reviews for Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Lilburn, GA

Staff was friendly. I ordered a large cup with 4 different flavors and oreo topping. Normally it would come in a plastic bowl.... But this time it was crammed into this small cup smashing all into one. Some how they managed to get all 4 scoops and thetoppings in it. This was messy and not a fun experience trying to eat at home even in a bowl. Lol someone was messing with us.Still going back to this neighborhood spot. Read more

Okay so my favorite ice cream from Brusters is cake batter and they hardly ever have it (which might show how good it is). I've... been lucky the past 2 times and got my fav. You have to try 2 scoops of Cake batter with reeses peanut butter cup topping!!Perfect snack during that time of the month or anytime really! Went there yesterday my ice-cream had hair in it (not mine). When I pointed it out to the associate he asked if I would like a... replacement (nah I'll just eat the hair wow) I said yes. At that point I just didn't even feel like eating it. My son had astrawberry ice-cream and was throwing up all night. No more Brusters for us!!!!!! Read more

It always hits, and the workers are very knowledgeable about what they have in stock and what they don't. I have asked them to... split scoops in half between me and my girlfriend (we both wanted the same flavor, but there was only a scoop left) and they didit without hesitation.
