They barely have 10 flavors, no bananas and very poor service. We stood there several minutes while guy behind counter held a... full blown conversation with another customer without acknowledging our presence at all. And he put on the customers sunglasseswhile fixing ice cream. And spoons are left out in open where customers can touch and talk all over them. Place was not veryclean. Stay away! Read more
The staff needs to work on being more professional and organized. I heard one of the staff members cursing and that?s not really... a good look. They were also having side conversations while there were customers waiting to be helped. Read more
If your going to preorder a cake don?t do it at this location. I went to get my cake and they couldn?t find my cake at all and... then bring out a small cake I didn?t even bought and add to that I had to buy a whole new cake and 30 mins waste of my timeliterally runin my whole mood when they didn?t have my cake at all but the employees was trying to be helpfull not there foughtif the mangers running that place can?t keep there orders on check. Met with a rude and unwelcoming voice at the drive through. She sighed everytime we asked if they had a certain flavor... available. When we drove up to get our ice cream she brought the wrong one. She claimed its what we asked and we corrected hernicely. She then came back giving us more air than ice cream in our waffle cone. No point in arguing so we just left. Read more
