This is the absolute slowest McDonald's in all of the deerfield, lighthouse point, pompano and boca. It doesn't matter if I've... came at the day or evening, nothing is ever ready in a reasonable time. Fries are never crispy. Just arrived home after gettingstuck in a terrible double lane drive through, and tn it took an hour to fulfill my order from only 4 persons ahead of me in thedrive through. This is my absolute last time visiting this location. The management doesn't know how to run this place day ornight. And the fries weren't even on point again. Unless you have time to burn, I strongly suggest any and I say literally " anyother McDonald's location in the area. So disappointing and they charge more than all the other McDonald's. Stopped here Halloween night and it was madness????. Kids were so rowdy in there and it was packed, loud and tense.. I even saw... cops in the parking lot, as you know McDonald's food is just average but I wish the experience was a little bit better here butI'm sure it's not the same on normal days. It was super late, and I know there aren't a lot of options on Federal after dark. But the drive through took well over 30min to... get through. The food was stone cold. The fries were... not in a state I can describe and keep this review PG-13 or better. Theorder was wrong, but not by enough that I was worth it to complain. I just wanted to get out of there. I've never left a sub-3star review for a McDonald's before. Everyone deserves leeway for a rough night, a difficult shift, grumpy customers, andshortages of either the human- or material- resource kind. But this was a little past the line. Read more
The rudest staff. I will never return to this location.. a bunch of rude people that hate their job. Go home, other people need... work. The white boy taking orders in drive thru.. almost got ripped out of his window last night because they think they cantalk to customers disrespectfully. If you hate your job please find a new one. Place order at kioski went to counter to pay with cash no one at register knows how to pull up order. Cashier ask her coworker... for assistance with completely ignored after waiting there for 10 minutes I will go over and ask her to help she says she's toobusy that I need to wait. Then she asks me if I'm annoyed how can I not be annoyed when they can't pull up a simple order yourservice is absolutely horrendous in this location. We did a drive up order. All we got was fries. The guy on the speaker spoke horribly but handled the order. Drive up to the... second window nice kid came to the window but had the wrong order. Which was no problem I never had a problem with them beforethings happen. I love this McDonald they are usually good. Everyone from my job eats from this one. All my friends eat from thisone. I always hear good things about this McDonald never had a bad experience till tonight. The young man took the bag backafter we told him it was the wrong order and he apologized. As he told them what the correct order was all we heard a femalevoice yelled out in anger ? What!! And no salt on the fries! Me and my kids said it at the same time get the money back. Look at this! For starters I would like to say that I came to this exact McDonalds yesterday after school with my aunt and... cousins the food was fine but when my aunt and I went to the bathroom after we ate we notice that there was two workers thereusing the restroom after they got done we went in after them we noticed that both ladies didn?t flush and one didn?t even washher hands. I came back today and they ladies weren?t there but my quarter pounder deluxe meat was raw and my fries were cold.The picture above just shows a piece but this was throughout the whole burger where the top was raw. They make online orders to wait in the parking lot , priorizing the rest of the customers before online orders. Online orders... should be treated. Equally.
